Every summer, there is a brief window when the harvest reaches its most generous, when tomatoes split from ripeness, herbs are at their most fragrant, and the farms we work with have more to offer than any single menu could hold. For one night only, 24 Carrot Bistro is dedicating an entire evening to that moment.

Join us for Harvest Speakeasy, a four-course dinner conceived in close collaboration with our local farm partners and built around the very best of the late-summer harvest. Expect thoughtful, ingredient-driven courses alongside a refined selection of seasonal cocktails.

It is an intimate affair by design. Reservations are required, with space limited to a small number of seatings throughout the evening.

Important Dining Information & Cancellation Policy:

Our Speakeasy dinners are intimate, limited-seating events with a menu prepared specifically for the number of guests joining us. Because of this, we require a credit card to hold your reservation.

We understand that plans change. You are welcome to cancel, adjust your reservation, or change your party size up to 7 days before the event at no charge.

If something comes up within 7 days, please call us at 303-828-1392 rather than simply canceling your reservation. We maintain a waitlist for these events and will do our best to fill any seats you can no longer use. If we are able to fill your seats, you will not be charged. If we are unable to do so, a $50 cancellation fee may apply.

The same flexibility applies to last-minute reductions in party size. We will always try to fill the open seats before assessing a fee.
