Event Description:

Sunday, August 23rd from 11am–3pm, 24 Carrot Bistro joins Slow Food Boulder County at Sunflower Farm in Longmont for Plant a Seed for Change — a family-friendly celebration of local food, right where it's grown.

Nine Snail of Approval–certified Slow Food restaurants, including our own, are teaming up with the farm for the day. Each chef was given a set of ingredients grown regeneratively at Sunflower Farm just for this event, and challenged to turn them into a standout small bite. Sample tastes from every kitchen and cast your vote for your favorite of the day.

Beyond the food, the farm is yours to explore — meet the animals, enjoy live music from Foggy Mountain Spaceship, and grab coffee from Palo Coffee Cart. Bring the whole family for an afternoon that celebrates where good food really starts.
