Handcrafted Cocktails, Made with Intention
Curated by Bar Manager Jennifer Shillington, our cocktail program is as inventive and thoughtful as the dishes from the kitchen. Every drink is crafted from scratch using housemade liqueurs, bitters, shrubs, foams, and syrups, with an emphasis on technique, creativity, and bold flavors.
The bar features include fat- and oil-washed spirits, smoked cocktails, and nitrogen-extracted infusions for rich, layered profiles. Spirits and cocktails are aged in-house barrels, served over hand-carved ice, and inspired by everything from pre-Prohibition classics to modern, contemporary creations. Guests can also take part in cocktail and spirits classes offered regularly to the Erie community—just another way we share our love of craft and connection.
