There is something undeniably atmospheric about Massachusetts in October, when fog settles over old stone walls, the first bite of cold hangs in the air, and a storied history of folklore meets the flavors of New England. For one night only, 24 Carrot Bistro is conjuring an evening inspired by it all.
Join us for Salem Speakeasy, an intimate four-course dinner that leans into the mystery and magic of the season while paying homage to New England’s rich culinary traditions. Expect dishes inspired by centuries of coastal and harvest cooking, brined, smoked, and slow-cooked with depth, alongside a spellbinding selection of cocktails created for the occasion.
Our team will be dressing the part, and we invite you to conjure up something magical of your own. Black lace, velvet capes, pointed hats, moody jewels, dramatic eyeliner. Whatever makes you feel like you’ve stepped out of a coven and into our dining room, we want to see it. Consider this your invitation to go all in.
Reservations are required, with space limited to a small number of seatings throughout the evening.

Important Dining Information & Cancellation Policy:
Our Speakeasy dinners are intimate, limited-seating events with a menu prepared specifically for the number of guests joining us. Because of this, we require a credit card to hold your reservation.
We understand that plans change. You are welcome to cancel, adjust your reservation, or change your party size up to 7 days before the event at no charge.
If something comes up within 7 days, please call us at 303-828-1392 rather than simply canceling your reservation. We maintain a waitlist for these events and will do our best to fill any seats you can no longer use. If we are able to fill your seats, you will not be charged. If we are unable to do so, a $50 cancellation fee may apply.
The same flexibility applies to last-minute reductions in party size. We will always try to fill the open seats before assessing a fee.
