This Friday, warm up and Wine Down by candlelight with our featured wine, Perrini Negroamaro. This excellent red wine, hand crafted with the grapes of Negroamaro, has been harvested and selected by hand and aged in cellared oak barrels. Elegant, intense, and exceptionally complex, this wine is pleasantly fruity, with a nose of red berries and floral notes of spice. It is round, soft, and perfumed with a beautifully persistent and clean finish.
Chef will be preparing an exceptional dish with tasting notes perfectly paired to our featured selection: Grilled bison New York strip with roasted sweet potato fingerlings, local turnips, braised greens, a cabernet demi-glace, and fried parsnips.
